Coldwater Council Reviews Accomplishments, Looks Ahead to 2026 Projects
COLDWATER — Coldwater Village Administrator Jason Eyink says council members received an update on completed projects and what’s ahead during their latest meeting.
Eyink told council he provided an overview of work finished in 2025, along with a preview of priorities for 2026, which are expected to include significant street improvements.
“I gave a brief review of our 2025 projects that we accomplished, and then a preview of our 2026 projects. We are planning on doing a lot of street work for next year, so it should be a good year.”
During the meeting, council also approved a motion appointing Kevin Osterholt to the Coldwater Board of Zoning Appeals.
In addition, council held a first and final reading of Ordinance 1769, which adopts the village’s 2026 budget. A first and final reading was also held for Ordinance 1770, approving the amended 2025 budget.
The next meeting of the Coldwater Village Council is scheduled for Monday, January 12th.
