CELINA CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER PARK LEASE AGREEMENTS AND WATER RATE CHANGE
CELINA — The Celina City Council will consider several items involving park leases and water rates when it meets Monday night.
Council’s regular meeting is scheduled for 7 PM in council chambers at Celina City Hall. A Committee of the Whole meeting will take place beforehand at 6:30 PM.
Under new business, council will review an ordinance authorizing a lease agreement between the City of Celina and Teresa May for the lease of Westview Park.
Council members will also take final action on two ordinances during their third readings. One would authorize a lease agreement between the city and the Celina Concert Series for use of the Bryson Park District.
Another ordinance would amend a 2009 city ordinance establishing water rates and includes an emergency clause.
The meeting will also include reports from committees, administrative updates, and time for audience comments.
