Auglaize County woman sentenced to 13 years for sexual contact with minor

WAPAKONETA, Ohio — An Auglaize County woman has been sentenced to prison for sexual contact with a minor, according to WLIO Television.

Thirty-three-year-old Paige Fiebelkorn, the former director of Generations of Love, was sentenced to 13 years in prison in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court. She previously pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual battery and one count of tampering with evidence as part of a plea agreement that dismissed 13 other charges.

During sentencing, the victim — who was 14 years old when the abuse began — told the court that Fiebelkorn groomed him and provided alcohol. The victim said he continues to receive mental health treatment as a result.

Before sentencing, Fiebelkorn addressed the court, expressing remorse for her actions and the impact on others.

Judge Frederick Pepple responded, questioning the sincerity of that remorse during the hearing.

In addition to the prison sentence, Pepple ordered Fiebelkorn to pay more than $19,000 in restitution to the victim’s family. The money will help cover the cost of treatment at the Central Ohio Youth Center, where the victim received mental health care.
