A man who pleaded guilty to a felony drug charge in Mercer County has been sentenced to 180 days in jail.
Scott E. Froning pleaded guilty July 29 in Mercer County Common Pleas Court to one count of possession of LSD, a fifth degree felony.
According to court records, Judge Matthew K. Fox ordered a presentence investigation following Froning’s guilty plea and scheduled sentencing for August 26.
According to information provided by the court to WCSM, Froning was sentenced Wednesday to 180 days in jail.
The charge was filed in Mercer County Common Pleas Court under Case 26 CRM 071.
