Elizabeth Craw has been sentenced in Mercer County Common Pleas Court following two criminal cases.
According to information provided by the court to WCSM, Judge Matthew K. Fox sentenced Craw Wednesday to three years of court supervision and ordered her to complete a program at the WORTH Center in Lima.
Court records show the State of Ohio filed a motion to revoke Craw’s bond on August 3.
A bench warrant was issued August 4 and was served on Craw that same day.
During an August 7 hearing, the court set Craw’s bond at $50,000, subject to 10 percent.
If released, conditions included restrictions involving alcohol and drugs, random testing and participation in the Mercer County Probation Department’s drug screening call in program.
Craw was then ordered to appear for sentencing August 26.
The full written sentencing entry had not yet been provided with the sentencing information received by WCSM, so additional details regarding the court’s order were not immediately available.
