31-Year-Old Inmate Faces Multiple Property, Drug and Weapons Charges in Auglaize County

A 31-year-old inmate being held in the Auglaize County Correctional Center is facing multiple allegations involving corrupt activity, stolen property, drugs and weapons.

Jail and booking records identify the inmate as Elias Good. The jail roster lists ten charges, including engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, four counts of receiving stolen property, forgery, theft and possession of drugs.

Good also faces two charges of illegal conveyance of a weapon. Jail records list bonds of $100,000 and $50,000.

A separate bill of information filed September 15 in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court charges Good with two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine.

Prosecutors allege Good sold or offered to sell methamphetamine in Auglaize County on April 20 and May 7. The first count is a fourth-degree felony. The second is a third-degree felony because authorities allege the amount involved equaled or exceeded the bulk amount but was less than five times that amount.

The trafficking case is listed as Auglaize County Common Pleas Court case number 2026 CR 0096.

The charges are allegations, and Good is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
