Coldwater Council Approves Bid for 2027 Street Repairs

Coldwater Village Council has approved a $959,296 bid from PAB Construction for the village’s 2027 street repair project.

Village Manager Jason Eyink said the bid came in below the engineer’s estimate of $1.05 million. The project will include work on West Butler Street and East Walnut Street.

Eyink also updated council on the Terrace Avenue project. He said the north end of the street was paved late last week, and the water line has been installed as far as Hillcrest Drive.

During Monday’s meeting, a representative from West Ohio Community Action Partnership discussed the organization’s Fatherhood Initiative Program.

Coldwater’s next council meeting is scheduled for Nov. 9 at 6:30 p.m. Eyink said the meeting time was changed from 7 p.m.
